We understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or look the way you expected when trying the items on at home. In this case we are happy to accept returns and offer refunds for full price items. If you need to contact us, please email us at email@example.com.
We request that our retail store is not called as they do not have access to our online order information.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON FULL PRICE ITEMS IF THEY ARE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE (Returns outside of this time frame will be returned to the customer and not accepted by StyleFast).
To return an item please follow these steps
- Turn the satchel you received your order in inside out, or you may purchase a new satchel from the Post office.
- Place your garments for return inside with a copy of your invoice (that has your name and order number on it) with your preference stated whether you want a credit or refund.
- Tape the satchel closed and label the front with our returns address

You are welcome to return online orders to our retail store ~ please ensure you bring your online paperwork with you to assist staff in the returns process.
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from purchase and cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are declared faulty. As we cannot take any liability for the loss or damage during the return transit we suggest you send via a trackable Australia Post method.
REFUNDS will be made via the form of payment for the cost of the items, and will not include the freight costs of the order.
STORE CREDITS will be applied for the value of the garments ordered and will not include the freight costs of the order.
EXCHANGES We don’t hold items, if you are needing an exchange you are best to re-purchase the size you are after to ensure you don’t miss out. We will refund your return as long as it is received within our return guidelines.
FAULTY GOODS the 14 day return policy is not valid. Please contact us and we will get further details from you regarding the fault and advise on how to proceed from there.
All items returned MUST be in original condition and not be used, worn, altered, washed and must have the original tags attached.
Please take care when trying items on to not leave makeup or perfume on the items.
Exchanges/Change of mind/Returns are not accepted on Sale Items.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel / alter this prior to shipping it, under any circumstances.
